  1. Program Enrollment and Fees:

    • Enrollment in our training programs requires payment of specified fees. These fees are detailed at the time of registration and may vary based on the program selected.

  2. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
      • Cancellation by Lucid Training Programs and Consultations Center: If we cancel a program for any reason before the program begins, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
      • Participant's Cancellation: All services or products provided by the company, which are subject to Subscription(s) payments are final and are generally non-refundable. You may cancel a Recurring Subscription at any time, but if you cancel your subscription(s) before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current subscription period.
    • Unforeseen Circumstances: In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances preventing your participation, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Requesting a Refund:

    • Refund requests must be submitted within only two days from the date of cancellation or program start date.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund using the original method of payment. Within sixty business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  5. Exceptions:

    • Certain programs or services may have specific refund policies or no-refund policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment.
